Great location near the beach and quiet surroundings. The food options were diverse and tasty. The hotel had a large pool and friendly staff always ready to help.

The lack of air conditioning made our Christmas stay quite uncomfortable. The rooms were outdated and the bathrooms too small.

Beautiful clean sea, despite the hard pebbles and stones the water wins. Walking to the beach takes a few minutes with all steps and shortcuts (hotel is on second line from the beach). The area is a lot quieter than those located closer to the center of Rabac and within reasonable walking distance from shops etc.

Hotel room looks on the photo a lot better than in reality. Cooking facilities could be much better. Frypan needs to be urgently replaced and a plain kettle needs to be added. Our room entrance door was very insecure and apparently had been broken at some stage. The seaview rooms have to put up with evening discos. The rear view rooms hear the noises from car park and hotel deliveries area. The beaches are cosy and numerous but heavily occupied.

Great sea view and amazing breakfast buffet. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We also appreciated the free parking.

The room was quite outdated and not very clean. We had some issues with the air conditioning and it was uncomfortably hot at night.

The pool was excellent and a great fun for the children, mainly the one with warm water/jacuzzi.When entering the bathroom it was a good surprise to get shower gels/shampoo - the same like in a hotel.

A microwave owen would be welcome to the kitchen.

Rabac sea is really nice

Apartments were not well maintained (also some rust), the position of the hotel is just in front of another higher-class same-chain residence so there was no view at all, no wi-fi in rooms, rooms are not cleaned every day, a lot of extras to pay. At the price paid (300 euro for 2 days) I was expecting something better!

We enjoyed an incredible stay in this city. Close to the beach, we discovered the most beautiful little bays with emerald water. Moreover, the hotel facilities were great, including the pool and jacuzzi, where we spent a lot of time. The location was perfect, allowing us to step out to restaurants and the Rabac center. The staff was always friendly and helpful during our stay.

Nothing not to love.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable for the quality of service provided. The attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel's location near the beach was a real plus, offering a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

All was great, couldn't ask for more.

Nothing all good.

The Hotel was very close to the beach and to the local supermarket and also within walking distance to downtown. The appartment was provided with everything needed. Towels where changed every 2 days.

We didnt like that the loungechairs by the pool where being ocupied by towels as early as 7 am and then left there sometimes for 2 hours without anyone using the pool. The hotel should make permanent no parking zones right in front of the hotel, cars park on the side and there is little room to manouver around, there is a big parking lot just up top in front of the hotel. It would have been nice if the appartment bathroom was getting cleaned at the days when the towels where getting changed. We do not recommend the Restaurant!!

The accommodation was very spacious although a little dated, and it was very clean throughout the apartment and the rest of the hotel. The staff were without fail wonderful, especially on the reception and in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. The food was good and overall the holiday was very good value for money. Would definitely visit this hotel again.

I was not able to do much cooking as the electricity did not seem to be very powerful. We were therefore pleased that we had half board. The other aspects of the self-catering were good fridge etc.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located near the beach in a wonderfully quiet location. The room was clean and comfortable with a renovated bathroom that was cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, granting all our special requests with a smile. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a grocery store conveniently located nearby. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the surrounding area and the easy access to the nearby beaches.

The animation program in some rooms was too loud at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

we tried to call the hotel to inform our late arrival, but no one was answering the phone around 9pm, so we had to inform them through Booked.net by an international call that costed a lot.
